I have been using dawn dish soap for years, so I was hesitant to switch to seventh generation. I have sensitive skin that is irritated by certain chemicals, so I wanted a soap that had fewer chemicals in it. I was pleasantly surprised... It worked great, and cut through grease with no problem, and it doesn't dry out my skin. I just wish they would make it w/o SLS, but I will buy again.

After many years of using P&G products, specifically "Dawn Dishwashing Liquid", I decided on a whim, to try the "Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid". I love the idea of the Lemongrass and Clementine fragrance. Boy, was I ever in for a treat! Not only does this natural liquid soap smell clean and delightfully citrusy, but it really is a more effective grease-cutter than the brand name product that I have relied on for many years! The price, especially right now (January, 2011), is also a terrific deal. So, what's not to like? That's why I am going to order several more bottles of this item, while this special discount is still running.

This is a wonderful natural alternative to major cleaning solutions out there. First of all the smell is extremely pleasant (washing dishes doesn't feel as a chore now), second the actual cleaning power is amazing. You might think that only synthesized chemicals found in major cleaning solutions would have strong cleaning powers but the Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid Soap would prove otherwise. The only minor complaint that I have about this product is that solution is not very concentrated and it ends up being used too quickly. I would definitely recommend this product.

Nice, light scent - not overbearing like some of the commercial dish soaps, and it doesn't leave that perfumey smell on your dishes after washing. Works well - lots of suds and gets rid of grease.

I like the biodegradable part of the soap, but it doesn't seem to clean as well as I would like. The scents of the product are a pleasant departure from the intense soapiness of most dish soaps

This product was better than expected. Very effective, smells nice and natural. Could not ask for anything else. Will definitely buy again and recommend to every one considering natural dishwashing soap.
