We are very concerned about doing our share to save our natural resources ( saving our earth one way by saving trees from being cut down. I always recommend seventh generation toilet tissue and all other seventh generation products to everyone i know. The quality of the toilet tissue is highest quality soft , absorbent. I'm glad this product is better for my environment, but the sheets are wispy and fragile. I use a little more of it per use than thicker, regular toilet paper, but I'd rather use more recyled paper than less first-run paper. Also, this product breaks down very quickly--which is actually great for septic sytems, camping, and coastal plumbing--hey, it's better, period--but I hate the way I always have shreds of paper in the bowl because the paper doesn't get pulled down intact with the flush. I expected complaints, but neither my husband or son noticed. I think this is average in terms of softness, but otherwise there is no difference in effectiveness, so I keep buying it. I also trust Seventh Generation more than some other ecofriendly brands.
