After flat ironing shorter hair this hair spray acts like a pomade, allowing time to get your hair in the right place before it dries, hence the name 'Spray and Play'. All that is needed is a light misting and if you use too much you end up with helmet head. Lasts until you brush it out or wash your hair. I think rain bounces off of it! Way too crunchy for anyone with long, flowing locks or those who prefer a more natural look.

I spray and then use a pick or my fingers to lift, fluff, piece out, straighten, whatever. Then spray again to hold. Has cut my "fuss" time to a minimum.
