This product was a complete waste of money! I was incredibly disappointed because this piece of over marketed garbage did not clean AT ALL!! It was uncomfortable to use, my hands were sore from holding down the steam button for so long. I think it is unevitable a person burns their fingers because this machin is too bulky and the chord too long. The steam is not powerful enough to fight old stains, after a while the device leaks water. I would never reccomend this product, it only causes frusration, sore muscles, burns, and a gap in the wallet. Over all this product will not help a "meticulous cleaner" who neads to deal with tough stains around the stove on a weekly basis. It is just not powerfull and covenient enough.

I have only used the Shark a couple of times. The steam doesn't seem to get as hot as it was advertised. I can put my hand over it and it barely feels warm. It does not clean as well as advertised. I tried cleaning soap scum off of my shower doors and the Shark did not remove it. I tried cleaning my BBQ grill and the baked on grease did not come off.
