I don't know how these work, but I can say my kids like them. They taste like gummy bears. I didn't want to eat them because at 70 calories, it wouldn't be a "filling" snack.

i tried these in lieu of the electrolyte replacement sports drink i more typically make. it's difficult to measure how any of these products truly work after a single use, but i can say i wasn't averse to the taste, and they are like eating gummy bears. to that extent, it was a nice change from drinking a mixed powder drink when you get home. in this case, you can just pop them in your mouth on the ride home.
