- This product was HORRIBLE as a rinse out conditioner. It did not absorb into my hair at all!

- I think this would be a GOOD leave in conditioner if you have curly or natural hair.

- I have relaxed hair & as a moisturizer on dry hair, it works JUST FINE.

I honestly think this is a waste of money, all of the other products by shea moisture are great but this in ineffective. It conditions like a normal conditioner but nothing spectacular like it should be.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed. I tried this product out with the deep conditioner also and am not impressed at all. I wanted to try it because I had heard such good things but it didn't do the job. It made my hair so dry and tangled and another thing I cant really take is the smell. Its not pleasant at all, at least to me. Im probably going to throw away the rest of the bottle and I only used it one time. I will be going back to my Organix line because that worked wonders for my hair.

This product works wonders! for my naturally dry hair, How you use it determines how your results will be and it all depends on the hair type, usually for those with natural straight hair(1a-c) you should use a little bit and leave it in for about 4-5 mins, and for those with curlier hair types should use as much as needed and depending on how dry your hair is you should leave it on longer, for example I have 4b type hair which is poofy, and I leave mines on at least 15 mins, so my hair can retain the conditioner, with my hair type I need to use more pumps of conditioner compared to someone who has fine hair, it depends on your hair type, But any who, it doesn't matter what your hair type is.. this conditioner gives the one thing all hair needs which is moisture! and It works very well, it doesn't leave residue like other conditioners, it smells great, makes my hair shiny and smooth, manageable and moisturized. Shea Moisture is addictive, and I'd encourage everyone to go and try it!

This product is great! It glides and saturate the hair perfectly for a good conditioning. I have 2 uses for it; when I was my hair and don't have the time for a deep conditioning, I simply use it in the shower and leave it on for 5 mns. With the steam it really infuse the hair fast. When I have a little more time, I actually mix it (50/50) with the Shea Moisture Organic Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Hair Masque for a deep conditioning (15mns under the hair dryer or 30 mns without). After, my hair is very soft and manageable. That brand is great and has really extended the period between my relaxers.

This works great paired with the amazing Shea Moisture Moisturizing Shampoo. It works great as a Leave In conditioner. You can use is either as a rinse out or leave in. When I was using it as a rinse out, I didn't love it. But I use one pump and leave it in my hair and it works great to smooth my hair and make it look healthy without any greasy look.
