I liked the burst of mint when the sheet hits the tongue....refreshes the mouth. I could see using this several times a day....but I couldn't afford it. It did not affect my stomach...and it did give me a little extra energy....so it did exactly what it says it will do. Great that it's so portable....small, easy to use with no negative side-effects. I've used this product in the afternoon for that late day energy. Seems to help me get through the rest of the day. The mint flavor is better than the Berry flavor in my opinion. but they both give you a decent amount of energy.

It works, which is the best thing I can say about it. Personally, I'd prefer a cup of coffee. The strip melts on your tongue but leaves a gummy coating that tastes okay at first, and then tastes like medicine or cough syrup. It's not awful, I just find a cup of coffee or tea better tasting and more enjoyable.
