I've been taking this once a day for about 3 months, along with gnc ultra mega. This combination is the ONLY thing that has stopped my hair loss. I tried just about every hair vitamin on the market, including the Shen Min women's formula. I have 3 little kids & no time to closely survey my scalp for new growth, but there are no more handfuls of hair every time I brush my hair, and it definitely looks healthier. No it isn't cheap, but it's a lot less than Rogaine.

I've been taking for over a year since my hair loss started in 2011. There was a few months that I chose to take another supplement. So far, my hair continues to fall out, some months better than others. I want this to work, I believe Chinese medicine can be effective. With the price and having to purchase monthly, I'm not so sure I can continue unless I see encouraging results.

I take medicine that was causing hair loss. Mortifying for a 40 odd year old woman. My doctor suggested many of the supplements that this contains to counteract the medication effects. I tried this, and it effectively worked. I grew back hair, and hair stopped falling out.

I see some new hair growth. Have been using for about 2 months and I have fine 1" new hairs growing. I am senior citizen, female and have general hair thinning. Directions say to take two tablets per day, but I am taking only one in order to keep the cost down. So, a one month supply will last two months. No after taste, no upset stomach. It would be great if the price was lower because I would like to continue using this product.
Take 1 tablet, two times daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Best when taken in the morning upon awakening and prior to bedtime. For best results, this product should be taken for a minimum of 3 to 4 months.
