Overall I have dry skin, but my face is sensitive. I use this product all over my body...it's an excellent moisturizer but can feel kind of greasy - so I put on socks for a while until it soaks in. It just wouldn't absorb. Yet at the same time, my hands still felt dry, like I needed to use my Neutrogena lotion. It also had kind of a musty odor, which I find is true of many of the so-called "fragrance free" organic/all-natural products. I ended up returning this. I will give it two stars rather than one, because I reserve the one star ratings for lotions that irritate my skin (burn or itch). This didn't irritate my skin, it just didn't work.
