Overall I have dry skin, but my face is sensitive. I use this product all over my body...it's an excellent moisturizer but can feel kind of greasy - so I put on socks for a while until it soaks in. My hands benefit as well after applying the cream to my feet. It doesn't dry up while rubbing it into the skin. It was so greasy and oily that I left greasy fingerprints all over everything. It just wouldn't absorb. Yet at the same time, my hands still felt dry, like I needed to use my Neutrogena lotion. It also had kind of a musty odor, which I find is true of many of the so-called "fragrance free" organic/all-natural products. I ended up returning this. I will give it two stars rather than one, because I reserve the one star ratings for lotions that irritate my skin (burn or itch). This didn't irritate my skin, it just didn't work.
