I've used this for daily conditioning, per the directions on the bottle, and thought it was only average, but recently I've been leaving it on my (thick, long, coarse, wavy, dry) hair for about an hour (under a towel) while I go around the house doing other things, and the improvement is DRAMATIC!

Based on all the 5 star reviews I really expected more from this product. The consistency seems watered down. After I washed my hair it didn't seem any more manageable. You could easily get another product for half the price that does a much better job.

This is a super moisturizing conditioner that helps give your hair glow. But, it does not weigh your hair down!

I've used this off and on for years and have never been disappointed. In fact I love the Shikai brand totally.

My only complaint is that it comes in such a small tube. I have long hair and so a tube doesn't go very far for me. Therefore, this can become a tad expensive to use on a regular basis.

I bought this product for a friend with damaged hair. She said it was OK but did not prefer it to the other conditioners she has used. It was a nice conditioner, but maybe not worth the price.

I have very fine hair with an 8-month-old perm that I'm determined to grow out before getting another -- while I grow my hair out. This conditioner works very well for all the different stages. And is affordable.

I just received this last night, used it for the first time this morning and OMG it's fantastic...after only 1 use, my VERY BAD split ends are all but gone (or at least invisible) and I can get my fingers to run through my hair no problem, yesterday was tangle city. I don't like to get my hair cut very often, but it was seeming that I was going to have to start going every 2 weeks to keep up with the damage (from the flat iron). Now I don't have to worry and using the RUSK SHEER BRILLIANCE POLISHER helps too. I'm loving the results!

It looks like there isn't much in the tube for the price, but I have medium-length hair and used about a quarter-sized amount on the back and the same amount over the top and sides. It left my hair silky and with great shine...especially since my hair is 50% gray and I use permanent hair color! Great product!

This is my new favorite! I switched from high end salon products to get away from all the chemicals they contain. This is the first conditioner I found that works just as well as my old salon conditioner. Use just a small amount if - a little goes a long way.

I have relaxed, African American hair. It detangled my hair and left it silky smooth and soft. You have to use a lot though and the price is steep. But its well worth it because it is organic and moisturizing.
