There is some nice highlighting, but it leaves my hair so dry and fly-away that it's not worth the tradeoff. I won't even be finishing the bottle. Maybe would be okay for someone with really short hair who doesn't have to worry about static-control. Not great. Comments about Shikai Henna Gold Highlighting Conditioner, 12 fl oz: I use this conditioner with the Henna Gold shampoo, and the combination of the two leaves my hair feeling great even at the end of the day. I have thick, curly hair, and these products work well with that type of hair. I like the feel of my hair as well as how it looks.

However, the conditioning leaves much to be desired. You can easily solve this by just adding a squeeze of this to another conditioner. That's what I do, and it works great! I only need to use a small amount and it leaves my hair easily detangled and shiny. The scent is subtle. Another solid product by Shikai.
