This smells pure & natural- not the chemical coconut smell some items have. It is not over powering, but you definitely get coconut smell! Products tend to change scents on me throughout the day, but this one does not. It stays true. That does not mean it sticks all day. It is not, it is a more subtle natural smell. I like this though. It really works for this product. I will order this one again FOR SURE. It's really smooth & silky. The low price is an extra bonus! ;-)
