Use by date on bottom of carton.  ADD WATER BEFORE FEEDING

Your baby's health depends on carefully following these easy directions.  Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) water for formula and bottle preparations.

• Pour 4 fl oz of warm water into bottle
• Slowly add one packet (17.4 g) of Powder to bottle
• Cap bottle; shake very well; attach nipple.

After feeding throw away any formula remaining in bottle.

Each packet contains one 4-fl-oz feeding.  In an easy to open, east to pour packet. Nutrients are per 100 Calories (5 fl oz. prepared as directed)

Storage: Cover prepared formula not used immediately.  Store in refrigerator and use within 48 hours.  Store unopened packets at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
