I get panic attacks more than I'd like. I've developed nervousness on planes. I took this before driving to the airport one morning. I literally felt my heart rate trying to rise & the Similasan didn't allow it to happen. Incredible. I had been taking ashwagandha tincture as well a week prior twice a day as recommended with a shot of o.j. because it has a horrible taste. I use Similasan when I feel a bit of anxiety coming on & it keeps me calm. From someone who has suffered from panic attacks for about 8 years now.. I don't know what I would do without this product.
I have felt no anxiety relief what so ever from this product. Could these testimonials be result of placebo effect? I have tryed several doses with zero results. Same as a tic tac.
I have used alprazolam anxiety, only to find that they can become addicting, and have undesirable sleepy side effects. I cannot use those during work. So I use this product during the day, to get relief. My job is high-stress, so it works really well.
Have not had to use this yet for major anxiety or panic attack, but did take it once as a test to make sure it didn't put me to sleep during normal daytime activities like driving or working . I just felt somewhat comfortable and relaxed. There were no adverse side effects.
