My son is prone to recurring middle ear infections. I've done a little investigation and I think it's related to his sinuses. A pharmacist overheard me describe my son's ear infection and told me to try Similasan instead! I'm so glad she did! I've been using it at the first sign of any pain/discomfort for my son's ears and it works well. It does take at least one night and a few doses to take effect. You may have drainage from your ear - don't be alarmed. After the drainage, you'll start to feel much better. I've used this to stop two earaches from developing into something expensive and painful for my son. He's also been able to avoid over-using antibiotics thanks to this product, too. Seems to work very gently.

I have used these earache drops many times and they have always worked for me. I also use them on my grandchildren and they love it also in just a matter of minutes after warming the drops and placing them in the ear the pain seems to vanish. This is a GREAT product. When I get a sinus infection, ear pain always follows. I used to get a prescription, but now I use the Earache Relief drops instead, and 95% of the time, I don't need a prescription! They do help a lot. If you need more relief (and you might, especially at first), take Advil and place a hot compress on the affected ear. These have kept me from having to pay for expensive prescription drops many times.

I only give this a 4 because I have had good effects with this product on my mid rang and low pain earaches I do get BAD aches and this cut the edge but did not completely eliminate them. I would suggest this product to anyone with earaches give it a try but don't expect it to cure all like a lot of people do. This product also worked for my sister in-laws kids quite well.

This product is great! My glands in my throat were swollen and I had a terrible earache. The drops felt so comforting and relieved my earache almost immediately. I would recommend this product to friends and family. I love it!
