My mom introduced me to homeopathic remedies, and so when my daughter had came down with a case of pink eye, I automatically went searching for a natural remedy insted of going to her doctor for an antibiotic. I found these drops and knew it was gonna work since I've used this brand before for my daughter's ear infections. By the way, antibiotics were not working for those, and it was an amazing thing to see the results in just three days the infection was gone after using Similasan for the ear. Anyway, It cleared up her pink eye in two days. It's definitely worth the price. It's also way cheaper than having to go to the doctor, pay the co-pay, then pay for the prescription.

I used to work in a day care & would constantly get pink eye; this product worked wonders without having to see the doctor for a prescription. Wearing contacts also did not help, as I had a tendency to get pink eye a couple of times a month. But, after consistent use of this product, I was able to wear contacts a week after the first treatment.

I don't usually write reviews but this stuff is great! I don't think I've ever had pink eye before and for some reason it started to develop on a Friday evening. It seemed to be getting worse all day Saturday. I bought this and applied it every couple of hours and by Sunday my eye was back to normal. This stuff is amazing. Regarding the person who said it did not work... there are two different types of pink eye. This stuff works for the viral and/or environmental pink eye (It says this on the box). If you have the bacterial pink eye you have to get a prescription medication.

Unfortunately this didn't help my pink eye. I tried it for 5 days but It wouldn't go away. I finally went to the walk-in clinic and shelled out $150 for the appointment and RX (I'm uninsured), but the antibiotic drops finally cleared it up.

I used this to clear up pink eye symptoms and it worked like a dream. My eyes cleared up within two days and saved a doctor's visit. I highly recommend. Yay for similisan!

Homeopathy is a joke. At a molecular level, this is the exact same thing as eyewash that you can get anywhere for less money. Homeopathy relies on the theory that extreme dilution makes the water "remember" the therapeutic effects of herbs, and has been debunked over and over by science. I tried this for pinkeye, and I found it had the exact same effect as using a normal eyewash - soothing and cleansing. But eyewash is about 10x less expensive! Don't buy into the hype and save your money, and just get eyewash!

This stuff is AMAZING. On Thursday night my eye was red, watery and irritated. I stuck it out all day Friday and wore my glasses, thinking that it may have had something to do with my contacts rubbing against my eye the wrong way. Well, I decided that I did, in fact, have pink eye and purchased a bottle of Similasan Pink Eye drops and saw immediate results. The redness started to go away almost instantly. By Saturday morning, my eyes were looking and feeling back to normal! I definitely recommend this product!!

I woke up to the symptoms of pink eye, went 24 hours with no treatment, then bought this pink eye relief, used many times through out the day, relief was noticed immediately, within 24 hours I was relieved and the pink eye was going away, no Dr. visit & no prescription, an amazing product.
For adults and children age 2 and over: Remove tamper-evident seal from neck of bottle. Twist cap off bottle. Squeeze plastic tip to release 2-3 drops into eye. Apply as needed. Replace cap after use.
