Received this as a freebie with the purchase of Q-tips. This product worked very well for me, and completely removed all of my eye makeup without pulling and stretching my lids and lashes. I tried the Simple product after using my usual Maybelline Expert Eyes and it was obvious that the Maybelline hasn't been doing a thorough job. I have not had any problems with my eyes stinging, if this is a concern for you, don't get it in your eyes.

This product was recommended to me by a couple of friends so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it doesn't do its job - it removes eyeshadow but not liner or mascara. I'm trying to use more natural and animal friendly beauty products, but this one has me racing back to Mary Kay.

This makeup remover is not oily which I like, but it is a little drying on the eyes. If you soak your cotton pad too much and the remover gets in your eyes it dries them a little. I use a small amount on a cotton pad and it takes off everything. I don't have to scrub my eyes to remove all my eye makeup which is nice.

I usually have a problem with make up removers BUT this one works great!!! Doesn't burn my sensitive eyes, doesn't dry my skin and I can get close around the eye line area to get the liner off with no problem. Thanks for this one!!!

This is very soothing and did not break me out around my eyes. The downside is that not all mascara comes off with one cotton pad.

Burns eyes -- not horribly, but eye m/u remover should not hurt! Takes too many soaked cotton balls to remove eye makeup. Am staying with Maybelline, works fine for waterproof mascara.

I had high hopes for this eye make-up remover; but after using it 4 times, I tossed it. It was greasy and burned my eyes really badly. I've never had a problem with any product used on my eyes. I kept trying it because I thought it was me - used too much, got it in my eye, etc. Had I purchased it at a retail store, I would have returned g.it - very disappointin

I purchased this with high hopes. After 3 uses, I threw it out. It did not remove my eye make-up and I wasn't even using waterproof mascara. It also burned my eyes and no other product has done that. I would have returned it if it had been purchased in a local retail store, but wasn't worth the return postage here.

Yes, it burns your eyes if it gets in them, but that is really the only downside. This product is natural, not oily at all, and actually works. A great purchase!

I'm surprised at a review of this eye makeup remover. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't burn my eyes at all when I use it. I use a cotton pad with it and it removes my eye makeup completely. After that I also use a Simple cleansing cloth to remove my face makeup and also go over the eyes again. I'm very happy with the Simple products. I just wish the moisturizers were oil free. I see oil listed in the ingredients even the light hydrating moisturizer. I love the moisturizing cleanser and toner as well.
