I love everything about this product. I use my neti pot for irrigation and in addition, I use a quick spray of this as needed to clear my sinuses and relieve sinus headaches. Even though it's minty and strong it doesn't burn and the soothing feeling lasts for a long time. I carry it in my purse and use it on trips instead of travelling with a neti pot. Plus, it's non addictive and lacks the side effects of sinus and allergy medications.

I find that if I push the button straight down towards the bottle, the nozzle always works for me. If I push it at an angle it's likely to get stuck and keep spraying.

I use this product to help with my allergies and the menthol in it really helps. I also use a prescription nasal spray that really burns when I use it but then I use this saline spray after and it cools things down. Great product!

I have year-round allergies, and this stuff is what keeps me breathing. It's great for colds, too. No side effects, no addiction or rebound congestion. The only thing that lowers my rating to 4 stars out of 5 is the spray can. A squeeze bottle like other nasal sprays come in would be much better, less bulky, and less costly as well. Sometimes the spray nozzle on the can sticks a little, so you get a lot more spray than you wanted, which gets messy. Yuck. But it's still the best product out there for allergy/sinus/cold relief, as far as I'm concerned.

I really like this to add to my neti pot solution. I spray about 10 seconds into the mixed solution and rinse as usual. It really clears the sinuses and seems to have a lasting affect. Great product used this way.

This is the only product I have found that helps to clear the deep sinus- helps get rid of the behind the eye pressure and pain. A regular neti pot works well for the front sinus, but the menthol in this keeps all sinuses clear all night. My husband and I use this so we can sleep at night

Use this in the shower to compliment the mucous loosening properties of the steam. Pretty potent menthol sensation. Only use on yourself, not for little ones.

I have tried different Simply Saline products and found that ALL their smaller sizes have horrible nozzle designs. They keep spraying even after you release it causing it to spray everywhere including all over your face and eyes. The only size that does not do this is their 4.25oz size which is available with their regular saline solution.

The "homeopathic cold formula" label is misleading. The only true benefit is the irrigation and/or hydration of your sinuses which can be achieved by their regular saline solution which is cheaper and comes in the larger can with the non-defective nozzle design. I recommend their regular saline solution in the 4.25oz size and a little dab of a topical ointment applied to your nostrils. That way you can use more of the saline without shooting increasing quantities of their additives into your head while also wasting about half your product because the nozzle keeps spraying after you release it.
