Discard swab after use. Reusing of swab may cause infection.

• Remove one swab from the sheet. Tear wrapper as indicated on the wrapper.
• Hold the swab with colored ring pointing upward, bend the colored ring tip gently until in snaps.
• Hold the swab with the colored ring upward for 1-2 seconds to allow the liquid to flow down to the solid white tip.
• Gently insert saturated solid white tip just past the nasal opening. Clean/Moisturize nostril by using a circular motion as long as needed.
