Started using this mostly once a day but once in a while morning and night and I have not had to take my sinus meds since. But, it is kinda expensive for everyday use.

Product was not what I thought it was. Not a saline solution. More like a neti pot. Spray product in each nostril over a sink and causes sinuses to be flushed out. Works well, but messy.

I have used this product on and off for 4 to 5 years now and it really helps alleviate sinus pressure and congestion. The metal can eliminates the plastic taste/smell that non metal spray bottles will impart to the spray. I have also tried products which add a lubricants into the spray which I really do not like. The applicator is great. I can get areas in the back of the sinuses/throat with this spray that I can not reach with a neti pot. (I still use the neti pot every night in addition to this product.) This product is great for travel situations.

I have had chronic sinus infections for many years and am now able to manage the problem with saline irrigation which this product provides a supplement to daily neti pot use. Steam showers help get areas of the sinus that I just can not get. And my ENT has prescribed an Ipratopium bromide solution which I use three times a day.

Great product.

Was using another product that got to be extremely expensive so did not use it and had to use over counter nasal spray about 10 times per day to keep sinus open. This is a reasonabe price and works much better than the expensive brand. I rarely have to use nasal spray as this clears my sinus problems!

First of all, there are two formulas of Simply Saline spray. The one in white and red can is the hypotonic solution (less salty), and this one in the dark blue can is the hypertonic solution (more salt). I use them both for chronic sinus and allergy problems (actually mostly as a preventative to those problems!),

I use the white can for general cleansing of pollen and dust and moisturizing. This product in the blue can, being saltier, works better for me as a decongestant. I often use it in the middle of the night if I wake up with a stuffy nose.

If you've got a serious cold or some major blockage, this will not unstuff you as powerfully as Afrin and those types of nasal sprays - but then those are addictive and can lead to rebound congestion. Simply Saline is good for ongoing daily use.

I'm a teacher and spend the year avoiding colds, sore throats and sinus infections which rip through my classroom. This product is amazing. I started using the little bottles of salne solution to clean the nasal passages daily after work. Then a teacher friend who often has terrible sinus infections told me that her ENT specialist recommended this form of saline solution because the delivery system does not reinfect. It feels a little strange at first as you get used to the spray, but I have not had a single cold or sinus infection since using this product twice a day for six months. The saline also seems to prevent sore throats. Great!

My Husband has used this product for the last 3 years & has great results with it. He used to suffer badly with sinus infections & since using this every day he hardly has any.

The Simply Saline; always helps me when I feel allergies or a sinus infection coming on. Thanks to the powerful spray, you can really get it to clean out your sinuses. It will sting a little bit, but then after a few minutes I can usually breathe clearer and feel the pressure go down. I still have to try the regular one. The only difference is that this one has a higher sodium level.

I suffer from allergic rhinitis with constant post nasal drip. I was prescribed Flonase, Nasonex and Asterin - all were ineffective. I came across this product by accident...it is a godsend...it actually stopped my post-nasal drip within hours without side-effects of the steroid-based sprays. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!
