I use this product every day on my baby to help loosen the mucus. It is very effective and easy to use. Several times she has been able to sneeze it out on her own after use.

Best spray out there. My kids have used this for 5 years as they are cleft-affected with small fistulas waiting for repair at a later date. One also has significant allergies. This provides a substantial spray that is gentle. The squeeze bottles just don't deliver the product and are not as sanitary, especially being used by children. This is all we use. The 'baby' version is more gentle, so if the standard is too strong for you, use this. Great product. I buy 4 at a time.
i use this saline almost every day on my 2 year old. He actually enjoys it and says it tastes good. Pressing the button is alot easier than other brands where you have to squeeze the bottle and half the product streams down the kid's face.
I'm a first time mom and I was heartbroken when my daughter got her first cold (at 4 months). I was definitely scared to mess around with her little nose. This stuff is really mild and the spray is gentle. (I tried it on myself first just to see.) It -- along with a nasal aspirator -- really seemed to help a lot with loosening up her congestion.
Love this product! Have used it on all 3 of my kids during colds and really helps break up congestion. It has no preservatives so it doesn't sting. With baby, also use a nasal aspirator. I use the adult version myself and have saved myself from sinus infections on numerous occasions.
To flush and irrigate, tilt head to the side over sink or use in shower. Insert nozzle into one nostril depressing as a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils. Repeat in other nostril.
To moisturize, insert nozzle into each nostril and press as moisture is restored to dry nasal passages. Use as often as needed (non-habit forming, non-addicting).
