This is such a simple, yet effective product for moisturizing and helping to clear out the sinuses. And I love this simple ingredients, with no side effects. I found it's also good for preventing nosebleeds if used regularly.

I completely agree with one other reviewer, the product is great when it works properly. With 80% of the 8 canisters I have tried, I end up with my face being washed due to a defective nozzle design. There were also instances where the product discharges without depressing the nozzle. I end up getting maybe 20% of the product in my nasal passages. The remainder bypasses the nozzle and sprays your face and is wasted.

I don't think it's good to use Afrin every night but I would often wake up with a dry mouth from breathing through my mouth without it; I switched to Simply Saline for a naturl preventative and I would say it works about 95% of the time. During heavy allergy season I still have to use the Afrin sometimes.

I have Sjogren's syndrome and thus very dry nasal passages. I have relied on this product for years, and as another reviewer has commented, it's great when it works. I guess in an effort to fix the non-working sprayer problem, they redesigned the sprayer, and now, instead of a mist you get a very uncomfortable BLAST of saline. I'm going to have to stop using it.

I have a problem with dry nasal passages/nasal congestion and was using Ocean spray. I saw this in the store and thought I'd give it a whirl. It definitely beats Ocean, but at $10 a can in stores I find it kind of pricey since I pretty much use it daily. [$] on drugstore.com is a good deal! I still have a bottle of Ocean in my purse so I don't have to cart around an aerosol can.

This product is ok. It's not better than using a neti pot. I use it for my nose since getting nose surgery my nasal passages get very dry and this helps to relieve. But It only lasts maybe 4-5 times and then it's gone. It's too expensive for what it is, salt water spray! These things should only be about $2-3 each.

I have had problems with a husky voice for many years. No diagnoses forthcoming from Drs. and I've gone the limit through specialists . One finally said why don't you try a saline spray? I did. I can use this product as a spray and a wash. Much more convenient than any netti pot to use. And when I'm faithful with it , back to most of my once- good speaking and singing voice. Can't be without it now.
