I saw an advertisement for this product. I have made up my own sinus wash solutions based on a recipe given to me by my doctor. That was fine, but this was quick and so easy to use. It cleaned out all the mucus and I didn't have to snuffle and sneeze and blow for 2 weeks to get over my cold. I love it and will keep a bottle on had at all times. With 80% of the 8 canisters I have tried, I end up with my face being washed due to a defective nozzle design. There were also instances where the product discharges without depressing the nozzle. I end up getting maybe 20% of the product in my nasal passages. The remainder bypasses the nozzle and sprays your face and is wasted. Pros

During heavy allergy season I still have to use the Afrin sometimes. Pros

I have relied on this product for years, and as another reviewer has commented, it's great when it works. I guess in an effort to fix the non-working sprayer problem, they redesigned the sprayer, and now, instead of a mist you get a very uncomfortable BLAST of saline. I'm going to have to stop using it.
