It is the only brand on the market I've found WITHOUT any added chemicals. Other saline sprays WITH these chemicals can cause increased congestion due to sensitivity to the preservative chemical that was added to the product. No such chemicals in Simply Saline. It's pure and simple...simply saline.

This stuff is WONDERFUL! No drugs, just nature. It helps you return your sinuses to the way they are supposed to be! I have allergies, but I hate allergy drugs. This isn't an antihistamine or a decongestant, it is ONLY purified water and 0.9% sodium chloride (plain old salt)- but it does help me breathe. Especially throughout the night. Simply Saline washes away irritants, moistens my nasal passages and throat, makes it easier to breathe, and is portable!!!! What more could you ask for? I got one for my husband, and it has helped him (and me!) curtail his loud, band-saw-like snoring at night. This and drinking enough water has seemed to really help both of us. For when the neti pot is impractical, Simply Saline is the greatest. (and no, I don't work for them, I just LOVE their product...) Got my 78 year old mother using it, too. She loves it, especially in winter, when the heat is on and dries everything out.

I am on blood thinners and have Sjogren's which causes dryness. I started having nosebleeds and was told I needed to use a nasal spray for moisture. I have chemical sensitivities so looked for something with the least amount of additives and found Simply Saline.
It's easy to use, it has no unpleasant taste down the back of your throat, and it works. The ENT said since it's only saline and water that I can use it as often each day as I want.
I feel lucky to have found this. My only complaint is that after a while the solution started dripping out from the bottom of the spray nozzle when I use it but maybe my technique isn't as good as it should be.

Saline spray relieves sinus problems and halps prevent colds.

More expensive than sniffing saline out of your palm, but my handicapped husband can't manage that, and can use this spray by himself. Without complaining.

This product helps to clear, clean and drain sinuses in a gentle and soothing way. It does not burn or further irritate the sinus area as many "sinus sprays" do. The solutions "rinses" the sinuses and thus helps rid the mucus in the passages and clears the throat of collected post nasal drip.
The dispenser is easy to use. I recommend this product whenever I have the opportunity.
