I've been using simply saline nasal mist for years, and I bought this thinking it would just be a bigger bottle. I honestly cannot describe the pain that resulted from spraying this in my nose: I felt like I'd sprayed tabasco sauce in my nose...for 4 solid hours. I realize it's not really fair to give this a bad review, since the bottle warns that it's not designed for internal use. But I feel obligated to warn anyone who would make that mistake: the 'antibacterial' ingredient is something that creates a SEVERE burning sensation if you spray it in your nose. Don't make the mistake that I did.
I used the plain wound wash, until this came out. I've had many issues with wounds on my feet, and have even gotten a staph infection. I've had major surgeries too. This product is very helpful whe it's time to change a dressing. I just rinse with this first. I feel good about the antibacterial properties because of the infections I've had. I must say I am shocked you've allowed someone to post a negative review on this when they sprayed it UP THEIR NOSE. Forget warnings...what happen ed to common sense??? It's really too bad that review drags down the score. I'd be too embarassed to tell the world I did something that ridiculous.
