I use SinoFresh and Sinol Allergy & Sinus Relief, as well as nasal washing/nasal "irrigation" (Neti pot and similar devices) as part of a daily regimen to manage chronic and acute symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis. This product, as part of that regimen, has proven to be absolutely wonderful. I have suffered from varying degrees of sinus problems for almost 20 years and only in the past year-plus, with this new regimen that I began on my own, have I been able to really effectively manage sometimes severe and always chronic sinus and rhinitis problems. This has made a huge difference in my life and I love this product, as well as SinoFresh, and cannot recommend it highly enough. It has enabled me to avoid using the nasal steroids and other prescription meds that were not helping and that gave me spontaneous and highly problematic nosebleeds! With this regimen of Sinol Allergy & Sinus Relief Spray, the SinoFresh spary and nasal "irrigation" I can breathe, I have little to no sinus pain or related symptoms, and I have no nosebleeds! I love these products. They, and this one, are worth every penny to me.

I've used this twice when I felt a sinus infection coming on (I have frequent infections). Both times it sent the infection packing. I'll take slight burning on use anytime over antibiotics. I've tried just about everything else, from washes to homeopathic to the seemingly inevitable antibiotics. This is a great product...I now always keep one unopened on the shelf.

I read about the "migraine" version of this product a few days ago and ordered it. Since I have sickening headaches constantly (tension/eye strain headaches leading to migraines, my allergies cause sinus headaches which trigger migraines) I figured I'd try this version while I was waiting for the migraine one to arrive. (I couldn't find the migraine kind locally.)
I didn't really notice much of a burning sensation when I sprayed this in my nose. Definitely not as bad as the headaches that I have all the time. I've used another "natural" remedy company's severe congestion w/ aloe in the past and that burned so bad that I didn't want to use it again. So I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't burn much at all.
The one thing I noticed that I wasn't expecting, is the TERRIBLE heartburn I get within 5 minutes of using this product. As with most things that you spray up your nose, some of it is going to find its way down your throat and into your stomach. I have stomach issues and tend to get heartburn anyway, maybe that's why I'm more sensitive to it. But the heartburn is terrible. Time will tell whether the benefits of this product outweigh the heartburn. So far, I'm still using it.

The one with M on the label does not work for me. The sting is gone and no relief from congestion.

Seems a bit pricey as has been pointed out already. This may be due to the lack of mass marketing at this point or the cost of the ingredient. Not sure.

I was so plugged on one side I had to treat the other and somehow I guess the mist worked its way over and began to work on the plugged side... enough that I could eventually inhale the product directly through the blocked nasal passages. Soon I was clear on both sides.

A possible drawback is the hot-pepper irritant quality. If you are already suffering from asthma or COPD exasperated by pollen or other irritants the use of this product may be 'contraindicated' as they say in croakerese. In that case it would be best to try to not inhale deeply and keep it in the head portion and not take it into the lungs.

Still, it seems to have impressive results and I think it's worth a try. :-))

This product helps to clear my sinuses better than any over-the-counter product but a word to the wise: it's made from peppers and it is hot! But, it did the job so I'm going to purchase again.
