Suffering from cluster headaches for many years with no relief except sleep and darkness. Finally, my wife found this product. Two sprays in each nostril at the first sign of symptoms. The emerging symptoms cease and I find I can go on with my day.

I was just awaken at 4:00 a.m. (I'm writing this at 4:43.) with what I've come to dread most, and what I believe is a cluster headache. Over the past month or so, I've had exactly eight "attacks," which start with a slight eye ache/tenderness and within five minutes feel like there's a live electrical wire inside my right eye. It feels like the worst toothache I've ever had, except in my eye, and my right temple, brow ridge and the inside of my nose on the right side throb and burn. It lasts 80-120 minutes and then slowly subsides. I've tried over-the-counter painkillers (aspirin, Tylenol, Tylenol PM, etc.), as well as two Rx medications leftover from dental surgeries because it's THAT painful. I've thought seriously about jumping off the roof of my apartment building during the pain. I have also tried teas made of various herbs that claim to relieve nerve pain, and have had very minor relief with skullcap and passionflower teas. Thanksgiving was completely ruined this year because of one of these eye attacks right after dinner. I thought there was no hope. I ordered this product and, in desperation, I tried it as soon as I woke up from this pain this morning...within a couple of minutes: almost total relief! The pain started again after 10-15 minutes, so I sprayed once more up my right nostril and the pain has been GONE since then. I don't know if this is a fluke, if the product will become less effective over time, etc., but as of now, I truly consider this a miracle. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but I mean it, and I'm going to order A LOT to keep it on hand.

My sinuses were completely blocked on one side for over 10 years. I could get 1 or 2 days temporary relief by using name brand nasal sprays that were not natural and because of the ingredients had limited usage (using them more than a couple days made things worse). I have also been given many Doctor perscriptions with no relief. I have been using Sinol for approximately 2 weeks and I am amazed. I can breathe congestion free most of the time and I think with time I will have no more congestion at all. I also used it prior to a headache and the headache did not develope (my headaches usually were major and lasted 3 days to 1 week). I love the fact that this is natural and you can use it as often as needed. Oh yes, about the burn, I was so congested that I did not even feel the burn at first. I am just now starting to feel a slight burn and that just lets me know that it has actually cleared up a tremendous amount of the old accumulation.

Okay I was skeptical but this stuff works. I suffer from allergies which lead to sinus headaches which turn into migraines. So I thought what the heck I will give it a try. This stuff really works. Opens up my sinuses and gets things flowing which is a great thing. Relieves the pressure and helps me ward off a migraine. Can't tell you if it works on a migraine but it sure helps to ward one off. That I will take anyday.

My boyfriends suffers from seasonal cluster headaches. Last year was the first time I saw him experiencing it. Stronger than any nasal spray I have ever tried. I suffer from Cluster headaches and at night when the first sign of one coming on, I use the spray. I have tried it for about 6 nights and each time, the headache never fully developed.
I have used Saline sprays but nothing eliminated the potential headache like Sinol.
i was told that this worked and now I am pleased that I bought the product since it has helped me so far.

Ok so i bought this after paying 90 dollars for 3 pills of a prescription for migraines. I get migraines every day or other day so thats so not easy to afford! I spray this just as I feel a headache coming on and about a half hour to hour again and it keeps it from blowing up into a full blow migraine. It does burn at first spray which is a down fall but it doesn't take long to fade. My nose can be a little runny afterwards as well but I really don't mind a runny nose compared to being in bed for 3 days because of a migraine!

The burn is significant, and my nose will run for a minute, so I can't just whip it out in front of people. I use this to address serious congestion while I'm waiting for my oral decongestant to kick in, and for that, it is perfect for me. I am allergic to relatively everything in my building of employment, and when I "get into" something that turns my head into a concrete block, I need fast relief to mentally get back on track. For me, the benefit from this only lasts about a half-hour, so, exclusively, it isn't appropriate for my prolonged exposure to allergens and irritants. To get my symptom control started, though, it can't be beat.
