I've recommended neti pots and this one in particular to several friends with sinus problems. I don't have severe sinus problems but I do find that the neti relieves cold and allergy symptoms. I also use it after traveling by plane to prevent catching colds -- I think rinsing out the sinuses can keep viruses from multiplying and taking hold.

This neti pot is great for traveling because it's non-breakable and lightweight. I'm not worried about the health effects of plastic because it's in contact with the water for such a short time.

Using a neti pot is a little tricky to get the hang of at first, but there are many videos on the Internet that can offer guidance. Once you get the hang of it, it's no problem. The feeling of cleanness and relief afterward is well worth the slight discomfort.

Having the right mix of salt and baking soda is really important to prevent that burning, pool-water-up-the-nose feeling! You can mix your own but I find the packets cheap and easy. I use half a packet per pot, and usually do two pots at a time.

SinuCleanse is effective, cost-efficient and easy to use. As a chronic sufferer of sinus infections, I find this product helpful as a decongestant. I use this product at least daily. It helps prevent dryness and clear sinus problems associated with allergies. I use it instead of OTC sinus meds because they just cover the symptoms.

The salt solution is very mild but works great in the netti pot. I have been using it everyday and feel the benefits as soon as I am done.

It is not the most pleasant thing to do, but after seeing how well it works, I use it every day. The netti pot is the best kept secret. But you have to faithfully use it whenever you feel congested. Give it a chance and you'll be amazed with the results.

Definitely helps wash away allergens and clear up sinus problems. Per dr's orders I use it twice a day. Easy and safe to use. Just be sure the salt is dissolved and that the water is not too hot.
