I use this product 2 times a day for chronic sinusitus. And it helps especially when the humidity is low, as in a desert area or in the heat of summer.

This is a very effective product when used as per instructions. The seam in the plastic bottle is prone to cracking after only a short period of use, rendering the bottle useless. Because it is easy to use and relatively inexpensive, replacement is not that big of a deal.

This is the best netti pot I've ever used! It's so easy that it makes me want to use it. I've had less runny noses and haven't had any sinus issues since I started using it regularly. It's especially helpful while flying. I using it in the morning or during the day. If you use it before you lie down you may trap extra water in your nasal passage.

I use the Nasal Wash in the morning and in the evening and it is very effective for clearing out my sinuses and stopping my sneezing from airborne allergies. I find no problems with this system.

Although my daughter had told me about using a Neti pot, I was afraid it would be too complicated for my use. I found this system which was designed by an ENT doc and ordered it. It is great! It is very easy to use, and it works so well clearing out my nasal passageways. I love it!

A physician friend recommended sinus irrigation because of fall sinus infections and headaches. Morning and evening use has eliminated my stuffy, filled sinus feeling. I'm not waking up hacking in the morning. At first, I though sinus irrigation sounded gross; but actually it is almost pleasurable. I have recommended this to all my friends that have sinus issues.

My nose is congested a lot during allergy season and it is so uncomfortable. The thought of rinsing my nose out was odd and somewhat "gross" to me, but I heard good things about Sinucleanse. This stuff is actually pretty good, I feel like it flushed everything out of my sinuses, and it's easy to use. I wasn't sure how the mechanics of the squirt bottle would work, but it was super easy. After the first initial use of the squeeze bottle, you will get the hang of it.
