The seam in the plastic bottle is prone to cracking after only a short period of use, rendering the bottle useless. I've had less runny noses and haven't had any sinus issues since I started using it regularly. It's especially helpful while flying. I using it in the morning or during the day. If you use it before you lie down you may trap extra water in your nasal passage. Pros

The thought of rinsing my nose out was odd and somewhat "gross" to me, but I heard good things about Sinucleanse. This stuff is actually pretty good, I feel like it flushed everything out of my sinuses, and it's easy to use. I wasn't sure how the mechanics of the squirt bottle would work, but it was super easy. After the first initial use of the squeeze bottle, you will get the hang of it. Pros
