I have had this for about a week and a half. Prior to using it I had experienced about 6 straight months of total nasal congestion every morning. I did not sleep well, and I had a dry mouth and chapped lips from solely breathing through my mouth. I started off using it twice a day (Once I cleared my nasal passages in the morning and before bed at night). After four days I woke up with my right nostril completely clear. I have been using the SinuPulse for about 3 months after previously using a neti pot. The neti pots were somewhat helpful but the SinuPulse takes nasal irrigation to a much higher level of performance. The SinuPulse really is easy to use and takes only a couple of minutes. The pulsing rinse leaves me feeling refreshed and able to breathe much better. The sinus headaches and post nasal drip are nearly gone and my allergy symptoms have greatly improved. It’s the best irrigator I have experienced and would recommend it to anyone suffering with allergy and sinus symptoms. The best way I can explain it is the neti pots and nasal wash bottles are like a manual toothbrush simple and somewhat effective but the SinuPulse is like a Sonicare for your nose. It is a great step up and worth every cent. Good to see it is becoming more widely available.
