Comments about SinuPulse Sinus Irrigator Replacement Tip for SinuPulse, 1 set:
I can confirm this works with the WP60 model perfectly with zero leaks, and I know this because I've tried it. It doesn't fit some similar models as I've read some complaints elsewhere, so do you research online first. Just because yours is not the cordless model or the WP100 model it STILL may not work, but odds are it will.
Using this with a waterpik works as well as the SinuPulse, functionally speaking. The only drawback is the fact you can't adjust the pressure with a WP like you can with the SinuPulse, and with the WP the pressure is a bit on the strong side. (It doesn't bother me, I just have to be careful it isn't angled to force water into the ear area, and if it was weak it would be worthless). Those who like to adjust the water pressure may want to consider the SinuPulse if cost is not an issue. But again, the WP works great, too.
The only other negative thing I can think of is I wish they offered multiple colors. I'm buying an extra tip for my husband, since it is unhealthy to share, and it would be easier to tell them apart. I put some tape around one to solve the issue.

I'm a first time user of this product. Happy that it fit my Water Pik - glad I didn't have to buy an Irrigator. Saved 100 bucks!!!
Besides all that the nozzle fit my nostrile just fine and the shape made it easy to use. Definetly buy this if you're planning on regular, long term use.
Personally, I think the price is a bit on the high end. I guess it's worth it considering I haven't needed to use allergy meds to clear my sinuses.

Comments about SinuPulse Sinus Irrigator Replacement Tip for SinuPulse, 1 set:
I got one of the SinuPulse Nasal tips for use with my Water Pik after it was recommended by my doctor. Its works great but you have to be sure it fits your Water Pik (it fits most of them but not the cordless models or WP100). I used it with no problems until my Water Pik died and than I decided to upgrade and buy the Sinupulse Elite nasal irrigator which was a big step up in performance. I especially liked that I am able to still use my SinuPulse tip I bought for my Water Pik with the SinuPulse too so that other family members can use it.
I recommend the tip to anyone that has a water pik and wants to use it for nasal irrigation or can’t afford the SinuPulse. If you can afford it and you want the best just get the SinuPulse Elite Sinus Irrigation System from the start you won’t be disappointed.
Remove the handle from holder and insert make end of sinus tip into the opening on the handle of the SinuPulse Elite® or oral Irrigator. Push down firmly the tip till "click" into place when properly seated. The tip must be properly connected before use. If tip does not click easily into place, simply moisten the grooved end of the tip with water before inserting Important: When using with SinuPulse Elite® press and hold orange quick release button on back of handle to remove grip
When using Standard Flex Sinus Irrigator Tip Adjust SinuPulse Elite® or oral irrigator settings so that the water steam is approximately one inch high before inserting into the nose
Place the tip of the bulb firmly but gently into one nostril and lean over the sink looking at the drain. Place the tongue against the roof of the mouth to help guide drainage out of the nose instead of the mouth
Turn on the irrigator from the base of the unit or release the pause switch on the handle to begin the flow of solution. Rinse solution will enter the nostril and gently bathe the nose and sinus and exit the other nostril
Pressure may be adjusted to a comfortable setting or as directed by your physician. Continue irrigation until the fluid comes out clear (approximately 250cc or half the water tank)
Turn off the indicator
Remove the sinus tip attachment from the current nostril and switch sides and repeat process. Discontinue nasal irrigation when nasal condition clear or as directed by your physician
When finished be sure to rinse out the unit thoroughly with clean water. After you have finished irrigating, gently blow your nose. In order to prevent pressure on the ear drum, do not block nasal passages completely.
