I had unbearable headaches from sinus congestion due to allergy and migraine. I could be rolling on the floor in pain. I have never had a medication that worked. This does burn a little at first, but you DO get used to it. I actually welcome the burn because it signals that relief is on the way. My sinuses start to drain and the pressure and pain are relieved within minutes. I do sometimes have to repeat the doseage if I have severe congestion. When I know the weather is changing, I use it before bed and wake up without pain. I have recommended this to many friends who like it too.

I'm a longtime migraine sufferer but have been having headaches lately that didn't feel like migraines. couldn't figure out what was up until I started feeling congestion in my ears. I looked around the house for mucinex, my favorite decongestant, but couldn't find any. I found a bottle of this and gave it a try. WOW did it work! immediately I could feel everything draining. no headache or stuffy ears today! I want to tell everyone to try it. works great, no side effects (other than the SURPRISE!CAPSAICIN sensation for a few seconds when you first spray). I guess some folks might just go eat some spicy food to try for a similar effect, but I can't handle spicy food :) but this stuff I love!

Made me cry, how much it hurts, doesn't fell natural. Of course it's not habit forming, I would never use this again. The mucus dries up making it uncomfortable instead of clearing out the passages, I still couldn't breathe. No thanks!

Love the zing! As soon as I feel the tension building up, I spray once and it usually takes the pressure away. Even if it's not a cure-all, I'm glad to have found a natural alternative to OTC med which my doctor told me can CAUSE headaches when you take too much ... When you have to live with chronic headache, this should be in your purse at all times!

Not a cure-all for sinus pressure, but it does help. First few times sting a bit, but then you get used to it. Seems like I need to use it at least twice a day when my sinuses are bad. Definitely worth a shot if you have regular sinus pressure headaches.

Yes, it hurts. (The box used to say "Gentle," which it actually is, though it sure doesn't feel like it.) I cry and rock myself for 5 seconds, and then--relief!

If I have any sinus issue whatsoever, or if I sneeze or cough more than, say twice in a day, I use it, and then no more problems for hours. During the cold and pollen season I use it frequently, as needed, but the rest of the year months go by without me needing. I never need to rinse my sinuses when I use Sinus Buster like this.

I had severe sinus problems for 48 of my 55 years; I cured myself with natural products, and Sinus Buster is an important part of my maintenance.

I have suffered from headaches for many years. Sinus Buster and the other product from this same company, Headache Buster, have saved my life! I used to lose days at a time to headaches.No more. At the first sign of a headache I take a few sniffs. Yes, it's hot peppers and hurts a bit. But it doesn't hurt as much as the headache! The headache starts to subside within a few minutes. I can use it without fear of side effects. Use as needed -- even if that means many times in a day, or many days in a row. Great product that actually does what they say it will do.
