I was in search of the best multivitamin on the market. I heard a lot of good praise on this one so I thought I would try it. It's not bad, seems to give a "slight" energy boost in the mornings but nothing seemed like it an "ultimate" change. Very expensive for a multivitamin. I myself am going to find something less expensive. Not worth the cash to get the benefits. If you do your research you'll find out that there are several other vitamins that can perform the same if not better. I am still searching. Hope this helps out, overall not a bad vitamin, just wish they would drop the price.

Cool exterior box. Pouch screams quality. I like that it has almost everything I need in one pack. I compared the ingredient deck to similar products and found this has higher levels of the herbal ingredients. Price is expensive at about $2 per day, but you get what you pay for. No need for a afternoon coffee or energy shot when I take SIX.
