[...]t I didn't like the consistency - which is like thick hand cream. The shave wasn't too close, even though the razor was nearly new. The worst was rinsing the razor off - it was literally impossible, and took nearly 20 second under the water to get all the cream off. It was so miserable that I used my usual cheap shave cream on the right leg. Later, I had several little red bumps on my left leg, but not my right leg. Even though this was free, I won't even be passing it along for free to my friends. It went into the garbage, where it belongs.

I won't be using this product again. The scent wasn't as awful as I was expecting, but it was super strong. The product was hard to get out of the bottle, being in the shower, things get sort of hard to grasp. I like this brands other shaving cream, but this stuff was more like lotion and did not offer great protection from nicks and scratches. I feel like I had to use a great deal of the product to get a good shave. When the issue at hand is simply getting the stuff out of the buttle, that's frustrating.

Seems to work ok, but the smell is quite overwhelming... strong baby powder smell. It leaves my skin a little greasy, but at least gives a clean shave. I think the flower dispenser thing is kind of cheesy and pointless.

I thought this smelled super yummy so I gave it a try. It worked really well - no nicks or cuts even with a brand new razor. My only complaint (and it is a tiny one) is the flower shaped base - the shaving cream gets caked in there. I'd rather it was a plain, flat base so that it would be slightly less messy. But other than that, a really great product.

Love the texture because it provides a close shave, but there is a powerful baby powder smell, very diaper-like, and it's really nauseating. Will try the Cashmere Rain scent next.

I have long used the skintimate gel-foam, but my skin started getting extremely irritated. I found my skin has had remarkable recovery from this cream. But this product does need improvement, specifically regarding the wasted 1 oz that remains in the container

Down sides:
The container keeps alot of the product captive. I cut the container in 1/2 and was able to remove 9 oz (I actually weighed it) of product that could not be squeezed out due to how rigid the container is.
Can clog your razor, you do need to clean razor immediately when finished, otherwise this cream is like glue.
takes more effort to rinse.

Upsides:
container is easy to dispense (just pull and squeeze).. until you get to that last ounce and when you are talking about a 6 oz product, that is alot of product!
Do not need much to shave with.
moisturizes incredibly well, I can handle shaving daily with out irritation.

I was so excited when I first spotted this stuff on drugstore.com, I knew it was going to be awesome. No lathering nonsense, it just goes on like creamy silky lotion and leaves you super soft.
I also did not have any problem pulling the flower down to open nor did I have an issue with my hands hurting trying to squeeze the bottle. I did however have an issue with Gillette's alluring avocado shaving gel. The top on that broke as I was trying to pull the cap off, leaving me unable to get the gel out...complete piece of junk. Instead of calling the manufacturer, I just won't buy their products anymore.

Unlike a review from another user, I have had no problems with the design of the bottle. I have always preferred using conditioner or lotion as "shaving cream" versus the foaming gel. I have been happy with this product and I would probably buy it again. I get a nice close shave, and my legs are silky smooth after my shower!

Do not buy this product. I purchased it cause I wanted to try it out. First the bottle is hard to use. You have to pull out the flower then squeeze for creme to come out. When your in the shower and your hands are wet and slippery from the creme its impossible to squeeze the bottle. After a couple uses it hurts your hands to squeeze so hard on it. I am not one to complain but was so turned off by the product I called the manufacterer who issused me a refund. My boyfriend insisted to get the aerosal can kind asap cause he couldn't take it. I'll go back to the normal can where you just click a button and you don't have to work to get the shave gel out. Smells nice but this stuff will be off the market soon unless they improve the design of the bottle.
