I drink this shake each morning for breakfast and add flax seed to it. it keeps me full and my sugar level balanced and you can't beat the price.

The Creamy Vanilla is the best flavor of the powder slimfast. (not French Vanilla). The Creamy Chocolate is good but the Creamy vanilla is better. You need a good shaker bottle to blend effectively if not using a blender. Stirring won't blend very well. I put it in a blender with a banana and a few strawberries with 1 1/2 cup of milk. Delicious.

This is one dietary supplement that tastes pretty good! I just wish it mixed up a little bit better, but it's still yummy!

I need to shed 30 lbs. and I'm tired of the diets that state you can eat till your satisfied. Personally, I'm satisfied when the food on my plate is gone so those type of diets didn't work.

I have been doing the Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan now for a week and have lost 6-1/2 pounds. Not your typical weight loss so I know after this week, my weight will be coming off at the rate of one to two pounds per week, as long as I stick to the plan.

I put six ice cubes in a blender and crush the ice. Then I add my 8 ounces of fat free milk and blend that. While that is blending, I open the lid and pour in a scooper full of powder and I end up with a super thick chocolate shake. Very, very satisfying.

You are supposed to have three 100 calorie snacks a day so I went online and in my browser typed, 100 calorie snacks. That took me to all sorts of websites and I printed out a huge list of things I can have so in between meals it is a no brainer.

I chose the high protein powder because carbs tend to make me tired. I enjoy the taste and I'm looking forward to losing lots of weight.

these work great...just dont over do it...they are great tasting and tempting but you should never eat more than one a day...i eat half and then save half...its important to not thing bc these are diet you can go crazy, if you follow slim fast for a short time with working out you will find results.

Drugstore.com is one a the few sites that sells *protein* slimfast. I live in downtown Chicago and all the drugstores sell the old stuff which contains no protein. Great product, [...] Have beenusing them for about a year now, no complaints!
