Slim Fast High Protein Vanilla is the best tasting Slim Fast I have ever found. Of coarse with all powdered drink mixes there is a little of the product clumped up in the bottom of my glass, but if you mix REALLY well, it's not noticeable. It will curb your appetite for a while. If you ate some fruit or something else small with it you could probably last until lunch. Bottom Line: Tastes great, good for when you are in a hurry, lot's of good vitamins and minerals.

I mix my powder with 8oz. skim milk and then pour it into an ice cube tray to freeze. Once frozen, I add the cubes plus another 8oz of milk to my Ninja and blend away! The result? A fantastic tasting treat that tastes similarly to a Wendy's Frosty.
* Using the additional 8oz. skim milk will add 90 calories, however, If using as a meal replacement it will still fall under 300 calories.
** If using vanilla Slimfast, you can substitute the additional 8oz. skim milk with orange juice which will give you two fruit/veggie servings for the day ;)
*** This recipe does not work well with a standard kitchen blender :(

Began using this product over a month ago and have been pleased in learning how to incorporate it into my daily meal plan. I need to lose some weight and this really does take the place of, say breakfast or lunch--for me, at least.

I use SlimFast Protein Mix to flavor my homemade, nonfat, plain yogurt and kefir. I buy vanilla and often add my own other flavors such as antioxidant-rich cocoa.

I am lactose intolerent, so I make it with water. I make this every morning as my breakfast. It fills me up and takes me all the way to lunch. I showed it to my Endocrinologist, and he said it was great for my diabeties. It helps keep my sugar in check and my appetite.
Pour 1 level scoop (inside can) of Slim-Fast Shake Mix into a large glass. Add 8 fl oz of very cold Vitamin A&D fortified fat free milk. Stir well and enjoy. If you enjoy a thicker shake, mix milk with 1/2 cup of ice in a blender until smooth...then add a level scoop of Slim-Fast Shake Mix. Blend for 10 seconds more.
