Comments about Slim-Fast Shake Mix, French Vanilla: this is great it helped me lost 3 pounds. i am young though 24 i guess i have a fast metabolism or something i got no side effects it taste really good if u add 4 strawberries too as a morning breakfast when u r on the go i do recommend using a bottle to mix it or a blender cause it is hard to mix w/ a spoon but other than that i trust sim fast products they work for me really well. This is my very-close-second-favorite flavor (Chocolate Royale is my favorite), and I find it to be a great meal replacement, very filling and satisfying. I prefer mixing the powder in the blender to the shakes you can buy in the can. The weight is coming off, and I feel good, so I intend to keep up with my routine until I lose all the weight. Then I will still enjoy a few shakes a week as a maintenance tool. Pros
