I've been drinking Slim-fasts since I was in 8th grade (I'm 25 now). The taste was better than most out there and they were great when I didn't have time for a meal. Good at curbing appetite. Until recently, they came in cans in packs of 6 (haven't seen them sold individually for a long time) for about $7 a pack. Now, they come in these little bottles that hold fewer ounces or product in packages of 4 for about $5-$7 a pack, depending on where you find them. So now, you get less product for potentially the same price. A huge rip, to me, and I've been drinking these for so many years. If you're just looking for a snack or a meal-on-the-go when you can't sit down for one, I suggest Boost instead. Better value, better taste.

Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Shakes are a good for a quick low-cal meal and keep me full for hours. This flavor is quite good, but my favorite flavor is Rich Chocolate Royale. If you want to lose weight and are under 18, pregnant, nursing, following a diet recommended by a doctor, have health problems such as diabetes, or want to lose more than 30 lbs., see a doctor before starting this or any diet. Do not lose more then 2 pounds a week after the first week. Rapid weight loss may cause health problems. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition. Eat at least 1,200 calories a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and drink plenty of water. Choose 3 nourishing snacks a day (fruit, veggies or a slim fast 100 calorie snack bar). Pick 2 Slim-Fast 180-200 calorie shakes or meal bars. Have 1 balanced 500 calorie meal.
