This flavor is very yummy, chocolate'y and goes down silky smooth. Like chocolate milk! I don't feel like it curbs my appetite for more than a couple of hours, but I'm usually up on my feet and running around all day. I really like these as a breakfast. Like many other people, I can't stomach solid food in the morning, so it works as a great meal replacement.

Rich Chocolate Royal is the best flavor by Slim Fast. I'm so glad that it now comes in a plastic bottle, so you don't have that tin aftertaste. It's great for on-the-go.
