I bought this to assist in losing 10-20 pounds. I lost 8 pounds in 7 days so I can't complain at all. I've been taking one a day with breakfast and have no hunger until about 4-5pm. I have a high protein low fat light "lunch" at that time followed by an even lighter dinner when I get home for the day, to keep my metabolism going. Taking 2 or more or twice daily caused headaches and slight stomach upset but one a day works great. And the pills really helped to curb my caffeine cravings, as I'm a 3-10 cup a day due to demanding work environment that always requires long days... My doctor approved, except for the caffeine and advised (as does product) to avoid caffeinated beverages while taking this drug.
Highly recommended, but might recommend you start on a weekend, just in case you experience any side effects.

I am on a weight loss program and had hit a plateu that would not go away. I'm sure my age and metabolism slowing down had to do with it but nothing I tried (and I tried a lot of products) would get me losing again. I've been taking this product for two weeks at two a day and I love it! I have started losing again and it gives me the energy I need to get a good workout after being at my job all day. I did get a little shaky once but I took it and didn't eat for several hours. Once I ate I was fine. Take it on an empty stomach like it says but make sure you eat something before too long. I haven't had a problem since.

Within 30 minutes of taking this product, I was sweating profusely and was talking so much that my fiance asked me if I was on speed. My heart rate increased dramatically and I felt ......off. Use with caution.

I am elated with this product. I am extremely sensitive to diet products and have always been cautious about using them as I get very sick, nauseated, severe shakes etc...This product did not have any of thos, I am in the 4th week, noticed weight loss, increased energy (without a false jittery feeling), no shaking and curbed appetite. I recommended this to my sister, who is also sensitive to products and she too feels good on it. I now take the 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and am very happy with the results. I took one of these pills, it says you can take up to 6 in a day (I can't imagine). I feel awful, shakey, nauseous, sweaty, sick. Gave me diarreha, made me feel like vomiting. Don't waste your money, this product is not a good one.

As a dietary supplement, take the first serving in the morning prior to breakfast and the second serving 6 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Slimquick naturals should be used in conjunction with a sensible low-fat diet and regular exercise program (refer to booklet included) Do not take Slimquick naturals within 5 hours of sleep.
