My husband and I have been married a little over 2 1/2 years and about 2 months into our marriage I started experiencing a lot of urinary and vaginal problems. I kept on having UTI's and vaginal bacterial infections, and my OB/GYN did not know why. My husband and I finally figured out what the problem was and it was the lubricated condoms and petroleum jelly lubricant we were using. I was also using Summer Eve's Feminine Wash, which I later found out can actually cause UTI's and bacterial infections. It actually got so bad that I would actually pee the bed and sometimes I would pee my pants before I could get to the toilet!! I stopped using all 3 of those products. My husband and I started to use Sliquid's H2O Lubricant and non-lubricated condoms and I have only gotten a few UTI's and bacterial infections. (These products work, but sometimes I'm not able to take a shower everyday so I do get UTI's and bacterial infections very rarely now!!) I highly recommend using this product along with the Sliquid Naturally Unscented Feminine Wash if you are having any of these same kind of problems. (I am not a doctor, but I do have a lot of experience in this department.) I also found that cranberry pills help me. I highly recommend Azo Cranberry Pills. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I thought this would be great for hand jobs on my boyfriend. At first it seemed GREAT, then literally TEN SECONDS into it, it dried out!! I had to "reactivate" it like another reviewer said, but come on! that totally killed the mood. Especially since I had to "reactivate" it five times! We have tried other lubricants without parabins or Glycerin but this is the only one that feels natural and does not get sticky or feel thick. I have had no irritation issues once we started using Sliquid H20. Occasionally we need to reapply but it re-wets easily and we have had no issues with staining. Pros

It's slick enough when first applied, but doesn't last long - I wasn't timing it, but about a minute. Maybe two before it gets gummy and needs reapplication. Not much more than that. Maybe because I live in a dry climate. Has almost no fragrance, which is nice. Pros Cons

I'd actually like to get my money back which I usually don't do but I am so unhappy with it. Pros

This is pretty good because the water base makes it easier to clean up and last as long as the other types. So I am very satisfy with this product. Pros

One complaint I had was that it absorbs into the skin way too quickly (like within seconds), so this would be good for intercourse, not for oral sex. I like that it has no scent. |
