Sometimes they have actually been wet when I removed them from her pill case and I had not even cut them in half. I toss them and find a dry one. My mother was alergic to Quinine so I wasn't thrilled about trying anything with Quinine in it. My mother had found and recommended Slow Mag to me. I was getting nightly leg cramps that started at my ankle and went up into my inner thigh. The pain was so bad it actually made me vomit. Much worse than calf cramps. I tried all the usual remedies and nothing worked. A little research suggested I might need more magnesium even though I eat a variety of high-magnesium foods. It worked right away!
