I am a 52 yr old woman. My chiropractor recommended taking magnesium to help with muscle cramps in my legs and feet. I tried several brands, but couldn't tolerate the common side effect of diarrhea (magnesium sulfate is also used as a laxative). SlowMag (magnesium chloride) has been much easier to tolerate. I take one tablet twice a day, and it really helps to prevent cramps in my feet and legs. It also makes a difference in how often and how severely I experience restless legs. At first, I took an anti-diarreal tablet with each dose, but my body adjusted over a couple of months, and I no longer need to do that. I've also noted that I have fewer premature ventricular contractions (irregular heart beat) since taking SlowMag.
I work with pregnant women, and now recommend SlowMag to help with both the constipation and cramps that so many pregnant ladies suffer with at the end of pregnancy.

This product prevents me from feeling crampy in my body, especially at night. Woke up with a charly horse and it didn't fully go away the next morning. I took two of these tablets and my whole body began to melt to relaxation. I have taken many cal/mag supplements before with no effect and this must be the right form my body needs. I suspect it is very absorbable. I tried chelated minerals and also that coral calcium and found I was sensitive to calcium citrate. Citrus sensitivity. In the past I suffered really bad from CFS and found relief in supplement and diet changes as well as staying away from chemicals. This was a good find!

My husband complained about cramping in his hips and thighs at work. He began taking it and has no problem and feels so much better too! Now we both take it but it cost a bit too much I think. Inside the box is a recommendation on what our body needs daily of calcium and magnesium. And one dose really isn't enough. :(

After being bothered with hand and foot cramps these magnesium tablets
have been wonderful. If I skip them for a few days the cramps return.

I take 2 tabs 2x a day when I have pain. I take 1 tab 2x a day when my pain is minimal.
I felt relief from the pain, after my 1st dose, overnight!!

I was taking meds for arythmia, I am now taking slowmag, its been about three weeks, but I noticed a big difference I really don't believe it yet, but fingers are crossed.

Not good to cut in half, as there is a small amount of liquid in the center. Sometimes they have actually been wet when I removed them from her pill case and I had not even cut them in half. I toss them and find a dry one.

Slow Mag has been a life saver for me. I get cramps all over my body but especially in my feet and legs at night. My mother was alergic to Quinine so I wasn't thrilled about trying anything with Quinine in it. My mother had found and recommended Slow Mag to me.
