They are easy to take, and since you take 6 over the course of the day, they don't upset your stomach like some once a day vitamins. I do think they taste too sugary and I also don't notice any increase in energy or other well-being with these vitamins. So far, I'd rather take Natures Way Alive! Max Potency. She really likes the taste of the vitamins. Have to consume 6 sugar coated chews to receive the optimum benefits. I wish they could take out the gelatin from this product. Overall, we will be buying again. I would be excited when they make this product without gelatin and enriched with extra vitamins and minerals needed for daily intake. Pros

Her doctor recommened a list of vitamins including omegas and this is all in one. Perfect for her to chew and she loves the taste! I have her chew 3 in the morning and 3 at night. Makes life so much easier and I don't have to have separate pills since this is all in one. I like that is't all natural without the needed dyes. I definitely recommend! Pros

Although they look like they have a lot of sugar on the outside they are somewhat tart but they don't make my teeth hurt. And they seem like they don't get stuck in your teeth like other "harder" texture gummy vitamins. My daughter loves the ones for kids too, it's so easy to get her to take them! Pros
