This is a great product and does what it's supposed to do. You can use it alone or with a lip color product. The fragrance is not overwhelming and gives lips a slight minty tingle. The tube is very nice and keeps product from getting contaminated. The tube is easier to carry in the purse as well. The 1 star review is misleading. It sounds as if the customer had a service issue which is not a reflection of the product though I respect her right to be irritated at receiving the wrong item.
