The case makes it look cool, otherwise it's just a tiny plastic clip, with magnets at the end so that it stays in place in your nose. I snore a lot, don't have apnea (or a very mild case), but it didn't help me at all. I think it's useless for people who snore because the area at the back of the throat relaxes too much. For people who snore because of narrow nasal passages, it might help.

I purchased this for my husband, whose snoring keeps the entire household awake. He has tried many products, including nasal strips, sprays, pillows, tablets, etc., but none of them were as effective as this tiny device. I've stopped wearing ear plugs and everyone is getting a much better sleep! The added advantage is that it is totally natural with absolutely no side effects and utilizes no medications. I recommend this product.

I've used nose strips for years and sometimes find them frustrating b/c I have to make sure my nose is totally dry and free of lotion or oils. I have multiple breathing issues, though most people wouldn't notice, but this strip actually works. Best part is you don't need to replace it, forget what they say. Problems? It can take a little getting used to if your inner nose skin is sensitive. I found it easier to get into bed and put the thing on right after I've gotten settled and am in position, lights out, etc. Problem also that it can easily be lost. It's clear and tiny, and the case is tiny too. So just don't lose it! Otherwise, I have to say this might be a life saver for me! My husband is happy too! Now I need to get one for him...
