My husband had a reaction to this chapstick. His lips became red and slightly swollen. The chapstick had an unpleasant odor. I ordered two and both smelled old. We will never purchase this product again and will stick to better known brands and are willing to pay more. If you know somebody you don't like, give this item to them!

This is the worst lip conditioner I've ever used. It's hard, goopy and is next to impossible to apply. It does not glide on lips from the tube at all. I have to apply small amounts to my finger and dab it on. For now it's in my coat pocket for emergency use until I replace.

I use this product everyday and I make sure I have it on me before I go to work. I use it so much and I make sure I have one saved in case I lose the one I'm currently using. Within the past year I have gone through 10 of them. I can't use anything else other than this brand/product!

What I like most about this product is that the smell isn't overwhelming and it goes on very lightly. I usually use the EOS lipbalms, but I find that this one is less waxy and the consistency feels like water on my lips. Very hydrating!

I like this because the Mint was not over powering. It is a little greasy but not to bad. I like the Softlips line & this is just a nice addtion.

I would have suspected this to be thick and waxy since it is made with beeswax, but not so. Softlips is light, smooth and moisturizing. The cool mint flavor is just right. I like the fact that there are no harmful ingredients in this lip conditioner.

You know when your hair comes in contact with freshly applied chapstick or lip gloss? It gets stuck. Well, that doesn't happen with this product. The light minty smell is so refreshing. On top of the great smell, my lips are super soft and moisturized.
