The only sunscreen I will use on my face

Comments about Solar Sense Clear Zinc Lotion for Body & Face, SPF 70, 3 fl oz:

This is the only sunscreen I will use on my face now. My face is extremely oily. This product is a little streaky when you first put it on, but you just have to keep rubbing it in to get it to blend, which is no problem. This is an all day sun protection for me. I use it without foundation, just the sunscreen, & can tap a little powder on top later during the day or at first to mattify. I am very particular about putting suncreen on my face since it is so oily, but this product I am not hesitant about using every day & it also have enough SPF.

Comments about Solar Sense Clear Zinc Lotion for Body & Face, SPF 70, 3 fl oz:

I purchased this since i love their jar/stick type face sunscreen w/ spf 45. But this is a completely different animal. I was like, how can this even be a product to sell at a store lol. Those who've tried it probably knows what i mean. If i wasn't so lazy i'd have contacted manuf for refund....

Basically it's like somethng u made w/ flour and water, except much worse:

        - doesn't blend at all, it's bumpy w/ inconsistent texture
        - leaves white streaking crackling flour like film (like those crackling antique finish).
        - even the antique finish doesn't stay on long enough for my drive to the store
        - burns, stings

First let me express that the SPF 45 w/out the ingredient spf Avobenzone by this brand name is far superior to any spf I have ever used!!! This version I wish had no avobenzone as a spf- there are many people who are allergic to this ingredient like myself and are unaware of it assuming it is another ingredient. Hopefully this company will reconsider that ingredient, and I would use this product in a heartbeat. The fragrance free is a HUGE PLUS and the other product spf 45 ROCKS!!!

Comments about Solar Sense Clear Zinc Lotion for Body & Face, SPF 70, 3 fl oz:

Clear Zinc for Face and Body is not for your Face!!!!! It has only HALF the Zinc in it, as opposed to the Clear Zinc for Face (only)!! All my age spots returned, and I have MORE now!! I had managed to bleach out my dark areas, but they all showed up again! Plus more!!! And I wear a hat or visor!! Do Not Buy This for your Face!!!!!!! Nor for your body, either! My legs and arms got real dark, and new spots showed up!! My regular sports sunblock did a better job! The one without Zinc!!!

            Wrong Ingredients listed!

Comments about Solar Sense Clear Zinc Lotion for Body & Face, SPF 70, 3 fl oz:

THE LIST OF INGREDIENTS LISTED ON DRUGSTORE.COM DOES NOT MATCH THE INGREDIENTS ON THE TUBE!!!

I just received my order and was very disappointed with the Solar Sense Clear Zinc For Face and Body, SPF 70. I specifically bought this item after researching the ingredients on your website:

Active Ingredients: Benzophenone 3 (5.0%) (Sunscreen), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (7.5%) (Sunscreen), Avobenzone (3.0%) (Sunscreen), Zinc Oxide (3.5%) (Sunscreen)

However, these are not at all the same ingredients listed on the actual tube of Solar Sense Clear Zinc For Face and Body, SPF 70 that I recieved. Since I specifically bought this item under the impression that it did not contain Oxybenzone, I will be returning it since the tube indicates it does in fact have that in it.

Drugstore.com really needs to correct the listing for this product!!!
