Indications

Helps prevent sunburn. High SPF gives more sunburn protection. For sun sensitive to sunburn.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Sun Alert: Limiting sun exposure, wearing protective clothing and using sunscreens may reduce the risks of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects of the sun. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. For use on skin only.

Perfect for my beach bag and swimming! I do use high spf chap stick on my lips before I leave for the beach, and high spf all over my body & face, and I wear a long sleeve swim shirt. The last thing I do is apply this Clear Zinc stick around the edges of my mouth, for extra protection during my long lake swims. Really terrific and convenient to carry & apply!

I do not know how I ended up with a stick of clear zinc 45, but at the start of this season, it somehow made its way to the beach. The whole family is now using it daily. My 6 year old loves the stick and the lack of smell. When you apply it, you can see a very very fine white layer, which will disappear when you rub it in further. Some people may not like to have to rub a little extra, but I find the white layer helps you see which areas are covered. We are now getting more solar sense products!

This sunscreen stick is very convenient, especially for kids. Great for quick application on the face and the back of the neck. Has been effective, easy to carry along, and easy to reapply. Slides on fairly smoothly. Does leave a faint white color because of the zinc, but doesn't matter for us at sports practices, playgrounds, etc.
